Pascal Lamy director general of the WTO, talks to me about Africa's trade woes, how to measure trade and the redundancy of bilateral measures, and whether the trade round after Doha, if there is one, might be different (i.e. finish before 11 years). Conducted in a "bilateral room" at the World Economic Forum on Africa, which had a table with massive grapes. Massive.
